Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel your purchase/s. 

Cancellation of an order

Please notify us via email as soon as possible. We try to ship orders the day they were placed or the following business day. Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped, you will have to wait until your item/s have been delivered and then you will need to return to us. Please note the item/s must be intact in their original, unused condition. Once your items have been received in their original condition, we will email you a credit voucher (valid for one year), and redeemable online. 

Return shipping and postage charges are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and Clay Create is not responsible for any breakages of returned items. Clay Create is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping so we strongly encourage you to pack the items well and ship via a trackable carrier.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your order we offer a 14-day exchange period from the date of delivery on all online orders. Items must be returned intact in their original, unused condition. Item/s can be exchanged for store credit (valid for one year).

Custom Pre-orders
When you purchase a custom pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. These are generally Made To Order to suit your custom requirements. Please contact us to see at what stage your order is at. Item/s can be exchanged for store credit (valid for one year).
